A scrap is a short message you leave on someone's profile. Other friends can see it, reply to it, or pin it. It is the most Orkut-feeling part of Ginza, and on purpose.
How scraps work on Ginza
Open a friend's profile, type a scrap in the box, hit send. It appears on their scrapbook and notifies them. Replies are threaded. You can pin your favourites.
